معرفی تسک 1 رایتینگ آیلتس

یکی از تسک هایی که توی آزمون آیلتس باید برای writing بنویسیم یک نامه رسمی یا نیمه رسمیه. این نامه باید با فرمت و استایل خاص آیلتس نوشته بشه. توی این بخش میخوام توضیحات مربوط به استایل و فرمت آیلتس رو براتون توضیح بدم. پس، با دقت متن رو بخونید. برای هر بخش هم یک نمونه آوردم. در نهایت، یه موضوع هم بهتون میدم که براش یه مثال توی کامنت ها بنویسید.

تعداد کلمه:

برای این بخش باید حداقل 150 کلمه بنویسید. و همچنین، توصیه میشه که حداکثر 250 کلمه بیشتر ننویسید. هرچقدر که به 150 نزدیک تر باشه بهتره.

موضوعات:

این بخش از آزمون آیلتس شامل موضوعات مختلفی میشه. از موضوعات مربوط به شغل و بیزنس گرفته تا موضوعات روزمره تر و کاربردی تر مثل توصیه کردن به دوستان.

Example: Firstly, during my stay at XYZ Hotel, I experienced several issues with the cleanliness of my room. The bathroom had moldy tiles and a foul smell, and the bed linens appeared to be unclean. Additionally, the room was not well-maintained, with broken furniture and peeling paint.

Step 4: Use appropriate language and tone Use appropriate language and tone for a formal letter. Avoid informal language, contractions, and slang. Use a variety of sentence structures, and focus on accuracy in grammar and vocabulary.

Example: Furthermore, the customer service at XYZ Hotel was disappointing. The staff appeared indifferent and unhelpful, and my complaints were not addressed promptly. As a frequent traveler, I believe that good customer service is essential in the hospitality industry, and I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by the hotel staff.

Step 5: Make suggestions or recommendations Offer constructive suggestions or recommendations to address the issues you have mentioned. Be specific and realistic in your suggestions, and explain why you believe they would be effective.

Example: I would like to suggest some solutions to improve the service quality at XYZ Hotel. Firstly, I recommend implementing regular maintenance checks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of all guest rooms. Secondly, additional training should be provided to the hotel staff to enhance their customer service skills, including prompt and effective complaint handling. Step 6: Conclude politely In the conclusion, summarize your concerns, suggestions, and appreciation for the attention to the matter. End your letter politely with a closing phrase and your name.

Step 7: Review and edit your letter Take some time to review your letter for grammar, vocabulary, coherence, and overall effectiveness. Make any necessary corrections or improvements to ensure your letter is well-written and conveys your ideas clearly and effectively.
